Yes! Free local delivery is included for qualifying orders (>$100) in Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, Weddington, and Lancaster. The price you see won’t suddenly jump because of a surprise delivery fee at checkout.

Outside our standard delivery area? Contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Not at all. Online booking is the fastest and easiest way to reserve your party — choose your items, select your event date, and pay your deposit all in one place. We’ll call within 24 hours to confirm the details.

Prefer to talk it through first? Just contact us. We’re happy to help you put together the right setup for your party and complete your reservation with you.

A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your reservation. Your remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Your date is not considered reserved until the deposit and rental agreement have been completed.

Your rental includes the items listed in your selected package or individual order, along with local delivery and pickup. All equipment arrives clean and ready for your event.

We’ll deliver your rentals to an agreed-upon accessible location at your property. Standard delivery does not include full event setup or furniture arrangement unless specifically included with your reservation.

Most rentals are intended for a single event or party day. Your delivery and pickup details will be confirmed before your event so you know exactly what to expect. If you need multiple days, please let us know and we’ll provide a discount for additional days.

Weather happens! If bad weather is in the forecast, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you based on your event date, equipment and conditions.

For safety, canopy tents and other equipment should not be used during severe weather or unsafe wind conditions.

We understand that plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including how your deposit is handled, are outlined in your rental agreement so there are no surprises when you book.

Normal wear is expected — parties are supposed to be fun. Customers are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal use while it is in their possession. Specific terms are included in the rental agreement.
